Spokane’s River City Biscotti makes two varieties of the crunchy, coffee-friendly Italian cookie: River City Almond and Chocolate Chip Hazelnut. For an added treat, both are available pre-dunked in a San Francisco specialty, Guittard chocolate.

Price: $1-$1.50 each; packages of two or six from $2.50-$8.
