Intersection Work Will Disrupt Traffic
Traffic at the intersection of Baldy Mountain Road and Boyer Avenue will be disrupted for July and August due to reconstruction at the intersection of the two streets.
The intersection will be closed until the project is completed, which is expected to be by Labor Day, according to the Sandpoint Independent Highway District.
Traffic is being detoured onto U.S. Highway 95 via Cedar Street and the Schweitzer Cut-Off Road.
The $330,000 Federal Aid Highway project is designed to bring the Boyer Avenue and Schweitzer Cut-Off Road Corridor to current standards.
