Deputies Find Meth Lab Along Cda River

Shoshone County sheriff’s deputies found an abandoned methamphetamine lab Sunday along the Coeur d’Alene River.

Deputies seized a large Tupperware container storing drug equipment from the Graham Creek area of the Coeur d’Alene River, sheriff’s Sgt. Mike Gunderson said.

Firefighters were called to the area to stand by while state narcotics agents inspected the drug lab because the materials involved can be volatile.

Anyone with information about the drug lab is asked to call the Shoshone County Sheriff’s Department at (208) 556-1114.
