Get Pumped At Bodybuilding Show

Large, well-defined and well-oiled muscles will be showcased at Saturday night’s Rocky Mountain States Bodybuilding Championships at The Met.

This is an annual spring event; in fact this is the 20th year for the bodybuilding competition. But this year for the first time, it’s also a national qualifying event, sanctioned by the National Physique Committee, which means the winners can progress to national amateur competitions.

Competitors from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska and Utah will participate in this amateur event. Bodybuilding was recently approved by the International Olympic Committee as an exhibition event in the upcoming summer Olympics.

Guest posers at Saturday night’s competition will be Garret Downing, a professional bodybuilder and 1999 USA Amateur finalist.

Reserved seat tickets for the Rocky Mountain States Bodybuilding Championships are $22, $19 and $17, available through G&B.
