Ex-State Senator Takes Chamber Post
Former State Sen. Gordon Crow, R-Hayden, has landed his second job in a week.
As of last week, Monday was supposed to be Crow’s first day as a public information officer for the state Department of Health and Welfare.
But instead he was introduced Monday as the new public affairs manager for the Coeur d’Alene Area Chamber of Commerce.
Crow indicated in a news release that the chamber job will allow him to remain in North Idaho.
“I am extremely gratified that the chamber has selected me as their public affairs manager,” Crow said.
Gordon will begin work with the chamber on Friday. He is replacing Sholeh Johnson, who resigned from the chamber to become regional director for U.S. Rep. Butch Otter.
Crow will be responsible for working on federal issues and with the chamber’s Local Government Committee.
