Man Pleads Guilty In Reservation Attack
A man who assaulted and seriously injured a Nez Perce tribal member has entered a guilty plea in federal court.
Dominic Desmond Harrison, 25, of Idaho County, pleaded guilty last week. The assault charge stemmed from a July 17 incident on the Nez Perce Reservation in which the victim sustained severe facial injuries.
The FBI and Nez Perce Tribal Police jointly investigated the case, which was charged in federal court because the crime took place on an Indian Reservation.
No sentencing date has been set.
