Coeur d’Alene police
Matthew Gilbertson, owner of Wiser Wireless, reported Thursday the $600 theft of cellphones which were misdelivered by UPS, then activated.
Joshua Nelson reported Wednesday the $663 theft of stereo equipment from a car he was borrowing from Scott Ickes. The car was parked at Nelson’s home in the 2300 block of Sherman Ave.
David and Taylor Makinauskas reported Thursday the $2,050 theft of stereo equipment, sleds, snow pants and gloves from their two cars parked at home in the 1800 block of Medina.
Allen Johnson of Post Falls reported Dec. 28 the $3,000 theft of a Dodge truck from Pete’s Automotive, 1704 Government Way. The truck was later located and returned.
Mary Wallace, owner of Cove Bowl, 2315 Sherman, reported Dec. 28 the $5,000 theft of surveillance equipment from the business.
Kootenai County sheriff
Kelly Stenlund, Twin Lakes, reported $1,200 damage to his Ford pickup. Someone broke out the headlights and taillights.
Sherman Russell Maxwell reported Thursday an estimated $4,900 worth of damage by someone scratching the paint on three vehicles parked at his residence in Dalton.
