Most people would probably expect a sauce called “pepperhead” to be pretty spicy stuff.

Not so with PepperHead barbecue ketchup sauce from the Coffee Cup Cafe in Tekoa, Wash. Made with red bell peppers smoked in the cafe’s kitchen, the mellow, tomato-based condiment complements everything from burgers to fries to eggs.

There’s also a spicier steak sauce, spiked with prune puree. Prunehead, perhaps?
