Charges Expected After Meth Lab Fire

From Staff Reports

An Osburn couple is expected to be charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, felony child endangerment and attempting to destroy evidence after a meth lab fire Wednesday.

Tracy Miller, 34, and Corey Miller, 39, were both burned after an alleged meth lab caught fire in a camper at 1777 W. Yellowstone in Osburn, according to the Shoshone County Sheriff’s Department.

Corey Miller is still being treated for serious burns to his body and will be arrested later. Tracy Miller is in the Shoshone County Jail, said Lt. Mike Gunderson.

The Millers’ 7-year-old son was in the trailer at the time of the fire. He did not have any injuries, Gunderson said.

The Millers were both out on bond from a previous arrest on charges of manufacturing meth.
