From Staff

People participating in North Idaho College’s Really Big Raffle will have one last chance Sunday to tour the top prize - a $200,000 home.

The house is located at 7945 Westview Drive in the Hayden View area just north of Coeur d’Alene. It will be open for visitors from noon to 4 p.m.

Ticket sales for the seventh annual raffle are limited to 4,000 and fewer than 900 remain. Tickets are $100. Other prizes include a $20,000 car or boat, a $3,500 travel package and a $2,000 shopping spree.

The house, built by NIC carpentry students, boasts a panoramic view and more than 3,000 square feet of living space. There’s a redwood deck off the living, dining and master suite and a three-car garage. A virtual tour of the house is available at www.nic.edu/foundation/.

Idaho residents can purchase raffle tickets with credit cards by calling (208) 769-3271. Tickets also can be purchased by visiting one of the following locations: NIC College Relations/Development Office, NIC Workforce Training Center in Post Falls, Tom Addis Lake City Ford, By the Lake Travel, Stein’s IGA in Rathdrum, Kellogg and Osburn, Super 1 Foods in Coeur d’Alene, Hayden and Post Falls, Tidyman’s in Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Moscow and Lewiston, Windermere/Coeur d’Alene Realty, NIC Sandpoint Center and Riverside Auto Center in Bonners Ferry.
