Medal Contenders

As many as three dozen North Idaho athletes will contend for state track and field championships this weekend. And a couple dozen more will earn medals when the 83rd annual meet - which showcases all of the classifications - begins Friday and concludes Saturday at Boise State University’s Bronco Stadium.

Here’s a list, by classification, of area athletes and relay teams that have gold on their minds:
