Postseason Tennis

Region IV 4A

Schedule: Friday and Saturday at East Valley and Central Valley. Boys singles and doubles events begin at noon Friday at Central Valley. Girls singles and doubles events begin at noon Friday at East Valley.

Semifinals are at 9 a.m. Saturday at CV, with finals to follow at 11 a.m.

Consolation matches will begin at 12:30 p.m. Saturday.

At stake: The top four in each event advance to the State 4A tournament May 26-27 at Kamiakin High School in Kennewick.

Region IV 3A

Schedule: All events begin at 5 p.m. Friday at Sunnyside High School. The semifinals are at 10 a.m. Saturday, with the finals set to begin around noon.

At stake: The top two in each event advance to the State 3A tournament May 26-27 at the University of Washington.

District 7 2A

Schedule: Play begins at 9 a.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday at the Washington State University courts in Pullman.

At stake: The district champion in each event advances to the State 2A tournament May 26-27 at Yakima Tennis Club.

District 7 and 9 1A/B

Schedule: Play begins at 8:30 a.m. today and Saturday at Whitworth College.

At stake: The top two in each girls event and the top one in each boys event advance to the State 1A/B tournament May 26-27 at Yakima Tennis Club.
