Tastebuds are sure to perk up when the Old Boise Trading Co.’s Mesquite Mustard hit them.

Distributed by CAS Enterprises out of Boise, the almost brown mustard has a definite mesquite flavor that would make even the most boring grilled fare (think hot dogs) zing.

The packaging suggests using it on cheese, beef, sausage, hot dogs, hamburgers, in fondue dips and as a basting mustard for the grill. They also suggest mixing it with equal parts honey for a chicken marinade.
