Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Jeffery C. Bucher 22, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/grand theft, $10,000 bond.

David L. Hinkley 41, Priest River, governor’s warrant, no bond.

Danielle N. Remington 22, Hayden, grand theft, $15,000 bond.

Clinton P. Rivers 29, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, $10,000 bond.

Tami L. Rowley 34, Cheney, forgery, petty theft, $25,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Toni R. Chesworth 38, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/injury to child, $73 bond.

Ronald J. Collins 57, Hayden, contempt/driving under the influence, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $2,888 bond.

Bart W. Draper 29, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $188 bond.

John E. Grogg 40, Spirit Lake, contempt/driving under the influence, assault on an officer (two counts), $1,227 bond, 30 days in jail.

Marc C. Hansen 23, Sandpoint, contempt/driving while suspended, $152 bond.

Robert D. Henderson 52, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, invalid driver’s license, open container, failure to appear/open container, misdemeanor parole violation for driving under the influence, $5,978 bond, 28 days in jail.

Cherie L. Labarge 29, Post Falls, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $163 bond.
