Prosecutors accused the son of District Judge Marge Johnson on Monday of involvement in selling small amounts of cocaine to an undercover agent and an informant.

The felonies charge Kirk Steven Johnson, 18, with selling half a gram of the drug to an informant in September 1999 for $50 in a grocery store parking lot, and accountability to the sale of an unspecified small amount to an undercover agent in February outside his and his mother’s Great Falls home.

Shella Clemons, 20, also is charged with accountability in the February sale.

Judge Johnson declined to comment when contacted Monday.

She is running for re-election Nov. 7 against Cascade County Chief Deputy Attorney Julie Macek.
