Thomases-Gatens San Francisco

The marriage of Stephanie Leigh Gatens to Andrew Neil Thomases was solemnized in a June 3 ceremony at the home of the groom’s father and stepmother in Pomona, N.Y.

Ken and Jettye Lawrence, Las Cruces, N.M., are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Bob Thomases and Judi Cacioppo, both of New York.

A reception followed at the wedding site. The couple are living in San Francisco after a honeymoon in Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands.

The bride, a former Spokane resident and a graduate of Ferris High School, received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and a law degree from the University of San Francisco. The groom received a bachelor’s degree from Amherst College and a law degree from the University of Chicago. Both are practicing attorneys.
