Coeur d’Alene police

Andrea Deaver, employee of Coinuts, reported Thursday the $500 theft of coins when a fraudulent check was used to pay for the items at the business at 296 W. Sunset Ave.

Timothy Blackwelder reported July 31 the $2,180 theft of a CD player and speaker, 35mm camera and golf clubs from his 1992 Honda Accord while parked on the 700 block of E. Garden Ave.

Kootenai County sheriff

Scott Davidson, Hayden, reported Wednesday the $3,810 theft of fishing tackle, hand tools and a 2004 Honda outboard motor from his boat while it was parked at his home on the 10800 block of N. Avondale Loop.

Jenifer Lyda, employee of K.C. Construction, reported Thursday $500 damage to the windows of the business at 2025 W. Dakota Ave., in Hayden.
