George Gillhoover reported Sunday the $2,500 theft of a Schwinn mountain bike and miscellaneous tools from his home on the 200 block of West Crown Ave.

Mary Bennett reported Friday the $720 theft of a Gateway computer tower, compact discs and miscellaneous items from her 1994 Volkswagen and the $500 theft of a bike from her home on the 1000 block of East Mountain Ave.

Douglas Anderson, owner of Paradise Homes, reported Friday the $300 theft of a microwave and $510 damage to an entry door and window screen of a duplex on the 1500 block of East Peggy Loop.

Rocky Lovelass reported Friday the $635 theft of hand tools and a circular saw and $200 damage to the CD player in his 1996 Toyota pickup while parked on the 1600 block of Hastings Ave.

Liz Schmitz-Binnall reported Saturday the $600 theft of aroma therapy items from D & L Associates, 1121 Sherman Ave.

Stanley Hancock reported Saturday $300 damage to a window of Grandma’s BBQ, 1901 Sherman Ave.

Kera Giese, employee of Mariposa, reported Saturday the $529 theft of her purse containing cash and miscellaneous items from the business at 200 W. Hanley Ave.

David Frazier reported Saturday the $12 theft of muffins and $300 damage to the window of his 1990 Ford Aerostar while parked on the 4200 block of Staples Ave.

Kootenai County sheriff

William Burgess, Long Beach, Calif., reported Saturday the $1,000 theft of his 1982 Buick LeSabre while it was parked on the 11000 block of North Government Way in Hayden.

Victoria Carroll, Great Falls, Mont., reported Sunday $500 damage to the rear window and trim of her 2000 Ford Focus while it was parked on the 2500 block of Hayden Lake Road.

Robert Liska, Coeur d’Alene, reported Friday the $2,280 theft of a chain saw, power tools, hand tools and a tool box from a utility trailer at a work site at state Highway 97 and Arrow Point Drive near Coeur d’Alene.

Trina Wallace, Rathdrum, reported Friday the $635 theft of a tent, suitcase, and miscellaneous clothing from her home on the 7700 block of Radmer Road.
