Joel Cooking Classes — With David Ross, PBS Master Chef, on Saturday.. Both classes held at noon at 165 S. Post St. Classes are free; reservations are requested. Call 624-2354.

Knife and Scissors Clinic — Steve from Sharp Stuff will give a brief, free class on knife sharpening, handling and care at Everyday Gourmet, 2829 E. 29th Ave. on Saturday. The class will repeat at 10 and 11 a.m., and 1 and 2 p.m. You can get your knives sharpened for $3 while you wait. Call 532-0080 for details.
