The folks at Bravo Entertainment are bringing a diverse group of local and big-name acts to the stage over the next few days, cramming more big shows into one week than they have since their opening. So get ready Spokane. Here’s a quick preview:

Jupiter Effect – Local favorites Jupiter Effect are bringing the funk rock flavor Saturday night for one of the venue’s local artist events. They’ll be sharing the stage with other locals Melefluent, My Goldfish Ned and Melody Moore.

Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets are $5, and are available at 4000 Holes, Zanies, Piece of Mind, Mark’s Guitars, Dan’s Tattoo, The Long Ear or at the door. For more information, visit www.jupitereffectmusic.com or call (509) 244-3279.

The Wallflowers – Jakob Dylan and his crew of well-groomed rockers are bringing their popular late-‘90s alt sound to town Tuesday. The show is a stop on the group’s “Back to California” tour, during which producer Brendan O’Brien – who has produced albums by the likes of Bruce Springsteen and Pearl Jam – will play lead guitar before returning to the studio to produce The Wallflowers’ fifth studio album, slated for release in 2005.
