Name: Carrie Kiddoo

Age: 25

Hometown: Spokane; she moved to Coeur d’Alene in December.

Occupation: Carrie just wrapped up a summer of working as a lifeguard at the Coeur d’Alene City Beach. Next she plans to go into water safety instruction to receive certification. She is one class away from an associate’s degree as well.

Family: Husband, Nate Kiddoo. They think their name might be of Scottish descent. Nate is an apprentice lineman for Avista and is currently working in Sandpoint. Carrie’s parents, Polly and Mike, live in Spokane, as does her younger sister, Danielle, who just turned 21 and is attending a beauty academy.

Pets: Two dogs; Bailey is a two-year-old female Weimaraner and Jake is a one-year-old male schnauzer.

Hobbies: Swimming and boating. Carrie enjoys going up to Priest Lake. She also recently explored the Hiawatha Trail on a four-wheeler, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Favorite reads: “Pretty much girly books,” but right now she is reading “Gone With the Wind.” She also likes to read Real Simple and Women’s Health magazines.

Musical preferences: Country, jazz and the Starbuck’s channel on her newly acquired satellite radio.

Favorite foods: Pasta, hamburgers and Caesar salad.

Favorite color: Purple.

Travel plans: May go to Sun Valley this winter.
