OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Bonner County has a backlog of outstanding warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Ed H. Brown – 22, Ponderay, issuing insufficient funds check fraud, $2,500 bond.

Raymond D. Edwards – 22, Sandpoint, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, petty theft, $50,000 bond.

David A. Hunter – 41, Spokane, failure to comply/trafficking in methamphetamine, $25,000 bond.

Lawrence S. Palmer – 60, Sagle, failure to comply/trafficking in methamphetamine, $25,000 bond.

Gary W. Walters – 44, Sandpoint, issuing an insufficient funds check fraud, $25,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Mark S. Bossom – 40, Ponderay, failure to comply/violation of a no contact order, $1,500 bond.

Curtis W. Bunch – 33, Sagle, failure to appear/resisting or obstructing officers, $2,000 bond.

Victoria A. Dixon-Knowlton – 46, Kootenai, failure to appear/driving vehicle without owner’s consent, $500 bond.

Robert B. Flett – 22, Moyie Springs, failure to comply/failure to provide identification for liquor/beer, $1,500 bond or four days in jail.

Jessica M. Garcia – 27, Sagle, failure to comply/driving without privileges (two counts), $6,000 bond.

Miranda R. Hall – 21, Newport, Wash., parole violation/stalking, aiding or abetting in malicious injury to property, $5,000 bond.

Donald C. Howe – 57, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $2,000 bond.

Robert J. Knapp – 41, Coeur d’Alene, failure to comply/failure to purchase a driver’s license, $2,000 bond or three and a half days in jail.

Douglas A. Knight Jr. – 24, Sandpoint, parole violation/battery, destruction of telecommunications device/telephone, $5,000 bond.

Edward K. Koenig – 44, Clark Fork, failure to appear/driving without privileges, $2,000 bond.

Danielle D. Orndorff – 33, Sandpoint, failure to comply/insufficient funds check fraud, issuing checks without an account, $6,000 bond.

Everett J. Powell – 38, Spirit Lake, failure to comply/possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use; paraphernalia with intent to use, invalid driver’s license, $3,000 bond, eight days in jail.

William J. Somers – 65, Dalton Gardens, failure to appear/driving without privileges, possession of a controlled substance, $2,000 bond.

Jay H. Thomas – 30, Dover, failure to comply/petty theft, $2,000 bond or four days in jail.

Paula S. Winkler – 51, Kootenai, failure to comply/driving without privileges, $64 bond or two days in jail.
