Tickets are on sale for the North Idaho College Alumni Association’s seventh annual Wild Game Feast Jan. 28.

This year’s event features a four-course meal of delicacies created by Coeur d’Alene Inn chef Gene Tillman. The menu will feature appetizers such as smoked salmon and spinach canapés, braised elk and venison sausage and roast buffalo.

This year’s event will begin with a social at 6 p.m. at which attendees will have a chance to enjoy a Northwest cheese and fruit display while listening to music and viewing silent auction items.

A four-course dinner will be served at 6:45 p.m. at the Coeur d’Alene Inn, 414 W. Appleway. A special wine selection will be available with dinner in addition to a no-host bar.

Works by local wildlife artist and NIC alumna Dianne Munkittrick will be on display as well as wildlife displays by Beth Paragamian of the Idaho Fish and Game Department, Idaho Panhandle National Forest and Bureau of Land Management.

All proceeds benefit the NIC Alumni Association and scholarships for NIC students.

Tickets are $50 per person or $45 for NIC Alumni Association members. Limited seating is available.
