NEW FACES

Dick Snell has been hired as a senior electrical engineer at H2E Inc. He has over 35 years of experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Washington State University. Snell was previously a principal engineer at Itron.

The Post Falls office of Windermere Real Estate has hired Sally Ann Schneider as a sales associate. Schneider previously owned Red Barn Antiques in Curlew, Wash. and is president of the Coeur d’Alene Art Association.

Warren Carlson has been hired as a residential specialist at Coldwell Banker Northwest Group. Carlson previously sold luxury automobiles in Bellevue, Wash. and Spokane.

Magner Sanborn Renouard Advertising has hired Wendy LePiane as business manager. She has over 19 years of experience in advertising and marketing.

Tom Mehler has been hired at Dover Bay Real Estate as a broker. He was previously the co-owner and an agent at Lake Country Real Estate.

Steven Stavig has been hired as a manager of reimbursement at LeMaster and Daniels. Stavig previously worked as an audit coordinator at Premera Blue Cross and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington State University.

Coldwell Banker Northwest Group has hired Joleen Sdao. She has 10 years of experience in the banking industry and previously worked in communications at Sacred Heart Medical Center.

LeMaster and Daniels has hired Kristin Aguilera has manager of financial consulting services. She previously worked as a manager at Grant Thornton, is a 1998 graduate of New Mexico State University and is a certified public accountant.

Bank of Fairfield has hired Kathi Evaneski as vice president of commercial lending. Evaneski has over 15 years of lending experience.

PROMOTED

Joel Hazel has been added as a shareholder at Witherspoon, Kelley, Davenport & Toole. He is a 1994 graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law and previously worked as a deputy prosecutor for Kootenai County. Hazel’s practice includes business litigation, condemnation law and professional malpractice defense.

Witherspoon, Kelley, Davenport & Toole has added Robert Caldwell as a shareholder. Caldwell is a 1992 graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law and his practice includes business/corporate law and litigation.

Fonda Jovick has become an associate at Paine, Hamblen, Coffin, Brooke & Miller. She is a graduate of the Gonzaga University School of Law and has been with the firm since 2004. Jovick focuses on civil litigation and practices employment law and estate planning.

Joseph Romberg has become an associate at Paine, Hamblen, Coffin, Brooke & Miller. He is a graduate of the Seattle University School of Law and has been with the firm since 2004. Romberg focuses on civil defense litigation and commercial litigation.

Troy Nelson has become a partner at Paine, Hamblen, Coffin, Brooke & Miller. He is a graduate of the Gonzaga University School of Law and has been with the firm since 1997. Nelson specializes in civil defense litigation and commercial litigation.

Scott Cifrese has become a partner at Paine, Hamblen, Coffin, Brooke & Miller. He is a 1994 graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law and has been with the firm since 1999. Cifrese specializes in personal injury, commercial and employment litigation.

AmericanWest Bank has promoted Shelley Menne to senior vice president, regional manager for business/private banking. She was previously vice president, private banking manager and has 14 years of experience in private banking.

Robert Mai has been promoted to vice president of sales for Potlatch Corp.’s wood products division. He has been with the company since 1988 and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Idaho.

Westly Anderson and Steve Baeumel have completed a three-day class in applied structural drying at HydroLab in Indianapolis, Ind. Anderson and Baeumel are property restoration specialists for Klein’s Home Improvement and Disaster Kleenup in Hayden, Idaho.

D.A. Davidson & Co. has named 11 financial consultants to its honors clubs. Eric Allen, Gary Douvia, Dave Milbrath, R.C. Roland and Garry Shea have been named to the Chairman’s Council. Glenn Baldwin, Doug Dumais, Paul Dumais, Kirt Fredericks, Grant Marks and Chad Roland have been named to the President’s Club.

Coffman Engineers has received a 2004 Pinnacle Award at the Way to Go Awards Program. The program recognizes companies who work toward reducing solo commuting.

Jill Strait, a senior at Gonzaga University, has been awarded an assistantship in the Professional Media Project in Cagli, Italy. Strait is a double major in political science and public relations.

Scott Wilson of John L. Scott Real Estate has been selected for membership in the Realtors Land Institute in Chicago.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Inland Northwest has named Lee Fish, Kristin Wendle-Goff and Jim Prussack as Board Members of the Year, 2004.

GRAND OPENING

RETIRING

Joe Coors Jr. has retired from the board of directors of Hecla Mining Company. Coors has been on the board since 1990.

The Boise-based accounting firm of South Johnson & Co. has merged its practice with LeMaster & Daniels.
