First impressions can be deceiving. Kallie greets strangers with a bark that makes even the most dog-crazy visitor back off a foot or two. But Kootenai Humane Society workers are in love with this dog. Out of the cage she is sweet, smart and obedient. It takes her a while to warm up to new people and animals, but in her prior home she was content sleeping by the children’s bed. Her family moved and couldn’t afford to keep her. She is used to being home alone, is housebroken and loves to travel. If this could be your perfect watchdog, meet Kallie at 11650 N. Ramsey Road in Hayden Lake, or call 772-4019 to learn more.
