Felonies

James C. Chandler – 34, Beaverton, Ore., failure to appear/driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, providing false information to police, $10,000.

Terri A. Davis – 52, Naples, failure to appear/check fraud-writing checks on closed account, $2,000 bond.

Lukes A. Marbles – 26, Naples, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, $488 bond.

Kenneth R. Russell – 36, Chicago, criminal possession of financial transaction card number, $2,500 bond.

Anna Tholke – 22, Spirit Lake, parole violation/possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, $40,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

George R. King – 22, Priest River, failure to appear/driving without privileges, $1,000 bond.

David A. Knaak – 42, Coeur d’Alene, failure to comply/driving without privileges, $288 bond.
