It wasn’t a good week for the NEA. After being the only team in the league to lose its non-league game the prior week, Colfax was the only one to win, a 19-6 victory over Pomeroy. The win was the first of the season for the Bulldogs. The teams have one more week of non-league action before NEA play starts. Newport hosts 2A Riverside; Colfax travels to B-11 DeSales; Freeman travels to 3A Priest River of Idaho; and Kettle Falls hosts Okanogan.
