Summer food service programs

The Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls School Districts are participating in the summer food service program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge. Acceptance and participation requirements for the program and all activities are the same for all regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, age or disability. The program will run weekdays through Aug. 18 at the following schools and times.

Coeur d’Alene

Atlas Elementary – 3000 W. Honeysuckle Ave., breakfast from 8:15-9:15 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. through Aug. 18.

Bryan Elementary – 802 Harrison Ave., breakfast from 8-8:30 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. through Aug. 18.

Fernan Elementary –520 N. 21st St., breakfast from 7:30-8:30 a.m., lunch from 11a.m.-12:30 p.m. through Aug. 18.

Hayden Center – 9650 N. Government Way, no breakfast, lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. through Aug. 18.

Project CDA – 725 Hazel Ave., breakfast from 7:30-8 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m.-12:15 p.m. through Tuesday..

Woodland Middle School – 2102 Ste. Michele, breakfast from 8-8:30 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. through Aug. 18.

Lunch menu for Aug. 7-11.

Monday – No meals.

Tuesday – Cheese quesadillas, black bean and corn salad, fruit and veggies, milk choice.

Wednesday – Pepperoni pizza, ice cream cup, fruit and veggies, milk choice.

Thursday – Breadsticks with sauce, string cheese, fruit and veggies, milk choice.

Friday – Chili and Fritos, apples with caramel sauce, fruit and veggies, milk choice.

Post Falls

Ponderosa Elementary – 3483 E. Ponderosa Boulevard, breakfast from 8:15-9 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

Post Falls Middle School – 301 E. 16th Ave., breakfast from 8-9 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Post Falls High School – 2832 E. Poleline Road, breakfast from 7:45-8:45 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Frederick Post Learning Center – 201 W. Mullan Ave., breakfast from 8-8:45 a.m., lunch from 11:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Prairie View Elementary – 2478 Poleline Ave., breakfast from 8-9 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Monday – Cheese pizza or sub sandwich, fruit and veggies, milk choice.

Tuesday – Haystack or sub sandwich, fruit and veggies, milk choice.

Wednesday – Hot dog, macaroni and cheese, or sub sandwich, fruit and veggies, milk choice.
