It’s hard to imagine that someone discarded this lovely stray, who appears with the distinctive white paws and blue eyes of the Birman breed. Although Birmans were considered sacred when they originated in Burma, it seems Zoey has received no special treatment. She was found fending for herself in the Spirit Lake area. She is mellow and mingles well with other cats and humans. If you don’t believe you can find a gorgeous, purebred look-alike in a shelter, see Zoey for yourself at the Kootenai Humane Society 11650 N.
