Felonies

Joshua W. Charlton – 19, Sandpoint, failure to appear/delivery of marijuana, $40,000 bond.

Marcus D. McGray – 55, Sandpoint, driving under the influence, $250,000 bond.

Crystal A. Rohde – 37, Spokane, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, $40,000 bond.

Michael J. Temples – 33, Sandpoint, grand theft (two counts), $40,000 bond.

Mark R. Tucker – 23, Sagle, parole violation/possession of a controlled substance, $40,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Benjamin F. Aguilar – 19, Newport, Wash., willful concealment, $1,000 bond.

Corrine R. Clark – 30, Spirit Lake, failure to comply/driving without privileges, $6,000 bond.

Geoffrey S. Ellsworth – 21, Sandpoint, failure to appear/possession of a mutilated driver’s license, $300 bond.

Joshua A. Hartnett - 20, Athol, failure to appear/possession/consumption /purchase of alcohol by a minor, $2,000 bond.

Brittany R. Hofstee - 21, Priest River, failure to comply/battery, two days in jail, no bond.

Mark F. Hollinger – 47, Battle Creek, Mich., motor carrier violation - invalid medical card while operating commercial vehicle, $250 bond.

Richard W. Hunter – 21, Sandpoint, failure to comply/theft, $100 bond.

Kelly T. King – 38, Bayview, failure to comply/driving under the influence, driving without privileges, $1,000 bond.

Daniel J. Lyle – 26, Bonners Ferry, failure to appear/driving without privileges, no insurance, $2,500 bond.

Hurt J. Malley – 29, Hauser, failure to comply/possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $3,000 bond.

Ryan A. Marchand – 26, Anaconda, Mont., failure to comply/driving under the influence, $6,000 bond.
