Heather Peterson has been named as the director of Children’s Ministries at Coeur d’Alene Church of the Nazarene. Peterson majored in Children’s Ministry at Briercrest College in Saskatchewan, Canada, interned at the Coeur d’Alene church in the summer of 2003, and worked in the summer kids Quest program. She is from Buffalo, Minn.

Amy K. Stokes, a 2002 graduate of Coeur d’Alene High School, is serving a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints mission in Guatemala City and will return to North Idaho on Monday. Stokes is a graduate of LDS Seminary and is an honor student who will return to Brigham Young University-Idaho in January. She is the daughter of Scott and Karol Stokes of Coeur d’Alene.
