GU’s problem? Coaching
The Gonzaga Bulldogs are playing sloppy, lethargic basketball.
Don’t get me wrong. They are very good and will get better.
However, they pass and dribble slowly, without a sense of urgency. This is poor coaching.
They don’t rebound well at all. This is poor coaching.
They turn the ball over much too much. This is poor coaching.
They come down the court and throw up wild shots. This is poor coaching.
They don’t adjust to the opposing team’s defense during the game. This is poor coaching.
They have been beaten by four slower, less talented teams, that play the same type of slow-down game. This is poor coaching.
Their future opponents can see clearly what they have to do. Why can’t (coach Mark) Few take charge out there?
