At the risk of sounding like a bitter Seahawk’s fan (which I am), the best team didn’t win Sunday. As Jason Whitlock of the Kansas City Star, Kevin Hench of FOXSports.com, and every Seahawks fan knows, the refs gave the game to the Stealers(sic).

I’ll be the first to admit the Seahawks did not play their best game. They didn’t score when they should have, they dropped a few passes, and they made some mental mistakes. The Steelers did all of the same. The only real glaring difference was that every single bad call (of which there were loads) went against us.

I just wish our hometown reporters had the guts to write the kind of stories these two guys wrote. If blowing a big lead in this state is “Couging” it, then getting screwed by the officials has to be called getting “Seahawked!”
