Simple & Delicious? Read on
Taste of Home editors have revamped one of their popular magazines.
Fans of Quick Cooking should now look for Simple & Delicious on the magazine stands. The magazine is geared toward people who want to make home cooked meals but don’t have a lot of time to spend fussing in the kitchen. Many of the recipes are ready in 30 minutes or less.
Using suggestions from readers, magazine editors revamped the magazine. Each issue includes more than 100 recipes, easy family-friendly weekday and weekend meals, no-fuss special occasion meals and last-minute entertaining ideas, along with reader tips and recipes.
A new menu planning feature will suggest ways to “Shop Once … Eat All Week.”
I liked the guide on the back cover, which lists each recipe found in the magazine and includes photos of many of the dishes.
The guide is color coded so you know how long it takes to make the dish, and symbols denote whether the recipe freezes well and if it’s lower in calories and fat.
Look inside today’s Food section for a recipe from the issue of Simple & Delicious.
