Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Shawn W. Beare – 31, Kellogg, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, driving while suspended, possession of paraphernalia, $150,000 bond.

Jeffrey A. Chambliss – 38, Rathdrum, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, $5,000 bond.

Christopher R. Crain – 33, Post Falls, lewd conduct w/minor (seven counts), rape, $200,000 bond.

Timothy E. Estep – 39, Post Falls, lewd conduct w/minor, $150,000 bond.

Deanne M. Schuetz – 34, Post Falls, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, $20,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Jonathan H. Bain – 34, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $2,000 bond.

Nicholas H. H. Covarrubias – 20, Hayden, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Kevin L. Folk – 32, Post Falls, failure to appear/misdemeanor probation violation, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia (two counts), $10,000 bond, 10 days in jail.

Jeffrey S. Franks – 45, Coeur d’Alene, invalid driver’s license, $500 bond.

Natasha L. Harris – 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/failure to purchase a driver’s license, $141 bond.

Joshua D. Hughes – 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to obey misdemeanor citation, $500 bond.

Charles J. Hurt – 19, Hayden, failure to appear/petty theft, $1,000 bond.

Matthew M. Isham – 28, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, minor in possession of alcohol (two counts), $1,300 bond, 30 days in jail.

Dustin C. Rodgers – 19, Rathdrum, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, $500 bond.

Shawn G. Sanders – 26, Post Falls, failure to appear/domestic battery, $5,000 bond.

Jeremy P. Smith – 23, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/disturbing the peace, minor in possession of alcohol, driving under the influence, failure to purchase a driver’s license, petty theft, misdemeanor probation violation for petty theft, $17,000 bond, 28 days in jail.

Dustin N. Willoughby – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to obey misdemeanor citation, $500 bond.
