The Cheney Blackhawks and Pullman Greyhounds both remained unbeaten in Great Northern League girls soccer play with 2-0 victories Thursday afternoon.

At Cheney, Kellie Zakrewski and Alyshia Madison each scored goals to give the Blackhawks (3-0, 3-1) their 2-0 win over the West Valley Eagles (2-1, 2-2). Cheney enjoyed an 8-3 shots-on-goal advantage.

At Nine Mile Falls, Kendra Heim and Valerie Sias scored – each in the first half – as Pullman (3-0, 5-0) bested Lakeside (2-1, 2-1) 2-0. Pullman outshot Lakeside 19-5.

Elsewhere, the Colville Indians (2-1, 2-1) got a shootout goal from Sarah Fischer to beat the Riverside Rams (1-2, 1-4) 1-0 at Riverside. Abby Lentz made a couple of crucial saves in the shootout to help the Indians to victory. … At Chewelah, Candace Littlefield scored three goals and Ashley Attridge scored twice to lead the Deer Park Stags (1-2, 2-3) to a 9-0 blasting of the Chewelah Cougars (0-3, 0-5). Shaylie Barcellos, Kayla Moorman, Stevie Harris and Chelsea Howerton also scored for Deer Park, and Harris contributed an assist. … At Medical Lake, despite being outshot 16-8, the Clarkston Bantams defeated the Medical Lake Cardinals 3-1. Three different players scored for Clarkston (1-2, 1-2), while Savannah Raczykowski scored for Medical Lake (0-3, 0-4).
