Douglas E. Edgin – 48, Sandpoint, parole violation/grand theft by possession of stolen property, $10,000 bond.

Kevin J. Hughes – 41, Sandpoint, delivery of a controlled substance-methadone, $15,000 bond.

Carrie L. Ridgwell – 38, Norwood, Ohio, issuing an insufficient funds check, $10,000.
