OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Daniel R. Barlow – 33, Priest Lake, probation violation/possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, $25,000 bond.

Jason R. Guffey – 19, Coeur d’Alene, burglary, grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Brook E. Jennings – 37, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, $2,500 bond.

Cory R. Nichols – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/burglary, malicious injury to property, $75,000 bond.

Elton J. Roberts – 30, Hayden, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, $40,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

David N. Ball – 32, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/disqualified driver, unlawful use of driver’s license, dispensing alcohol to a minor, $2,336 bond.

Christopher B. Carlson – 28, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/domestic violence, injury to a child, possession of paraphernalia, frequenting a place where drugs or alcohol is used, sold, etc., $2,500 bond.

William E. Gill IV – 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/violation of no contact order, $5,000 bond.

Arthur J. Harp – 27, Coeur d’Alene, misdemeanor probation violation/domestic battery, destruction of a telephone device, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, $20,000 bond.

Christopher D. Hayes – 22, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, possession of marijuana, no insurance, $7,000 bond.

Ryan H. Hurley – 26, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no insurance, $5,000 bond.

Brian P. Leblanc – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/impersonating an officer, providing false information to law enforcement, driving while suspended, $11,000 bond.

Ryan T. Moe – 25, Hayden, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $2,000 bond.

Scott S. Morse – 37, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Stanley C. Nietupski – 37, Coeur d’Alene, misdemeanor probation violation/domestic battery, $25,000 bond.

James R. Reiber – 33, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $3,000 bond.

Christopher D. Tacheny – 42, Post Falls, failure to appear/inattentive driving, two days in jail.

Rick L. True Jr. – 20, Post Falls, failure to appear/failure to obey a misdemeanor citation, $100 bond.

Tiffany J. Walker – 22, Rathdrum, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.
