NEW FACES Dr. Jayson Brower has been hired by Inland Imaging Associates as a radiologist. He holds a medical degree from Saint Louis University Health Science Center and previously worked at Spokane Radiology Consultants. He is board certified in interventional radiology and is an interventional oncology sub specialist.

Country Insurance and Financial Services has hired Rhonda Breeden as a financial services agent.

Ryan White has been hired by Idaho Sen. Mike Crapo as the Southwest Idaho regional director and office liaison to state government and the Idaho Legislature. He was recently deputy chief of staff for Gov. Jim Risch. The Post Falls native has also held numerous other political positions in Idaho state government.

Forest Mercill has been hired as a survey office technician at Taylor Engineering.

Patrick Kirby has been hired as a partner at Campbell, Bissell and Kirby. The Navy veteran holds a degree in business economics from Marquette University and a law degree from the Gonzaga University School of Law. He practices labor and employment (management), employment benefits, commercial litigation and insurance defense law.

Natalie Koncz has been hired as a physician assistant-certified at Rockwood Clinic. She holds a degree from Whitworth College and completed her physician assistant training at the MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant program at the University of Washington School of Medicine.

Melanie Young and JoAnn Zeph have been hired as real estate agents at the Century 21 Beutler and Associates office in Liberty Lake.

PROMOTIONS Michael Bayley has been promoted to partner at Paine, Hamblen, Coffin, Brooke and Miller. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University and a law degree from the University of Washington. He has been with the company since 2001 and practices in the areas of estate planning, estate tax, probate and trust administration.

Stacy Bjordahl has been promoted to principal at Witherspoon, Kelley, Davenport and Toole. She holds a law degree from the Gonzaga University School of Law. She practices in the areas of real estate, land use, and environmental and municipal law. She also teaches zoning and land use at the Gonzaga University School of Law.

Chad Roland was recently promoted to vice president, financial consultant, at D.A. Davidson and Co. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Brigham Young University and a master of business administration from Gonzaga University.

Sterling Savings Bank has promoted Amy Friemel to vice president and continuous improvement leader. She has been with the company for the last year.

Greg Benzel has been promoted to senior manager for engineering at HollisterStier Laboratories. He has been with the company since 2002 and was previously a project engineer and facility manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Washington State University.

ELECTED The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Spokane recently elected new board members. The new members are Mary Lou Bonanzino, Jeff Brannon, Sue Eymann and Joyce Martz. Sam Higgins is president and Mick Buller is president-elect.

KUDOS Rob Jackson, director of environmental services at Sacred Heart Medical Center and Children’s Hospital, has been certified as a health care environmental services professional by the American Hospital Association.

Elite Hardscapes recently won two 2006 Washington Association of Landscape Professional Environmental Landscape Awards. The company won awards in the unique projects category for the Kannberg and Norris residences.
