Chiefs report due Tuesday

Due to early deadlines for the New Year’s holiday, the Spokane Chiefs’ game at the Tri-City Americans was still in progress at press time Sunday night. A recap of the game will appear in Tuesday’s section.

Other events still in progress included two NBA games – Philadelphia at the Los Angeles Lakers and Boston at Seattle.
