Author Jim Romanoff, food editor and a recipe developer at EatingWell magazine, believes cooking for two isn’t as easy as halving a recipe. Through interesting yet easy meals, he attempts to stem those urges to order pizza.

Romanoff’s well-rounded book is arranged by type of dish (dinner salads, poultry, etc.), and each chapter includes twists on traditional favorites. White Chili and Barbecued Mussels were among the dishes that sounded tasty.
