Great Northern League

Freshman Kellie McCann-Smith scored 20 points, leading Clarkston (7-2, 4-0) to a commanding 60-36 win Tuesday at Deer Park (3-7, 2-2).

Misty Atkinson added 13 points for the Bantams.

Jolynn Wolf scored 13 points to lead the Stags, who were outscored 16-4 in the opening quarter.

Elsewhere, Krystal McCarthy scored a season-high 19 points, guiding West Valley (3-5, 2-1) past visiting Medical Lake (3-6, 0-3) 55-48. Missy Carey tallied 11 points and Jordyn Sodorff added 10 for the Eagles, who outrebounded the Cardinals 33-19. Richelle Daily led Medical Lake with 20 points and seven rebounds.

Northeast A League

Carley Heinen tallied a game-high 19 points and Jennesa Miller tossed in 16 as Freeman (10-2, 2-0) beat host Kettle Falls (2-6, 0-2) 61-32. The Scotties outscored the Bulldogs 21-6 in the first quarter. … Leslie Stillar scored 20 points, including six 3-pointers, as Lakeside-Nine Mile Falls (9-3, 2-0) topped host Chewelah (8-3, 0-2) 59-35. Kia Gibson added 15 points and Kelli Tikker chipped in 11 for the Eagles. Nikki Nelson, Jenny Polm and Erin Smith scored seven points apiece for the Cougars.

Non-league

Ellen Miller scored a game-high 18 points, guiding St. John-Endicott (7-6) to a 53-40 win over visiting Lind-Ritzville (7-5) at St. John. The Eagles outscored the Broncos 18-7 in the second quarter and led 26-10 at halftime. Sabrina Saetre tallied 10 points to lead Lind-Ritzville.

Bi-County League

Shawn Hennessey and Caitlin Jeske scored 10 points apiece, leading Liberty (11-1, 8-0) to a 33-30 win over host Northwest Christian (6-6, 4-4). Kyla Schmidt tallied 11 points and pulled down a team-high five rebounds to lead the Crusaders. … Stephanie Morrison had a game-high 18 points and 15 rebounds and Davenport (6-5, 5-3) topped visiting Wilbur-Creston (4-8, 3-5) 53-41. Janelle Janke added 15 points for the Gorillas, who outrebounded the Wildcats 39-18. … Jen Christerson led Reardan (10-2, 6-2) with 24 points and Brook Ferderer added 12 as the Indians beat host Odessa (0-10, 0-8) 59-36. Jordan Frederick tallied a team-high 12 points for the Tigers.

Kelsi Graffis scored 22 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, guiding Tekoa-Oakesdale (7-3, 4-0) past Colton (11-2, 4-1) 66-62 in Oakesdale. Kristine Faunce added 18 points for the Nighthawks, who outscored the Wildcats 21-13 in the fourth quarter. Rochelle Druffel scored 27 points and Alisa Moehrle chipped in 20 for Colton. … Natalie Deking scored 26 points and Roni Jo Mielke added 25 as Sprague-Harrington (11-1, 4-1) beat LaCrosse-Washtucna (8-4, 2-3) 65-41 in Sprague. Maria Rustemeyer added 10 points for the Falcons, who outscored the Tigercats 20-4 in the first quarter and led 40-14 at halftime.

Panorama League

April Barkley tallied 20 points, leading Curlew (11-1, 6-0) to an 87-33 rout of host Columbia (2-9, 1-4) at Hunters. Nichole Miller added 14 points for the Cougars.

Caribou Trail League

Brittany Wilson scored 13 points as Okanogan topped host Lake Roosevelt 47-36 at Coulee Dam. Heather Circle scored a team-high 11 points for the Raiders.

Inland Empire League

Kama Griffitts scored 16 points and Dayna Drager and Deanna Dotts each added 10 as Coeur d’Alene (14-1, 8-0) routed host Lakeland (5-9, 2-5) 71-36 in Rathdrum. The Vikings put the game away in the third quarter, outscoring the Hawks 31-10. Camille Reynolds scored 13 points to lead Lakeland. … Junior Emma Hawn scored a game-high 17 points and added seven assists and six steals as Lake City (13-2, 6-2) hammered Sandpoint (1-13, 0-7) 83-23 in Coeur d’Alene. Richelle Fenenbock and Riki Moreland each added 13 points for the Timberwolves.

Becky Lowther scored 17 points and Samantha Hiatt added nine as Bonners Ferry (8-7, 3-1) beat host Priest River (11-5, 2-2) 49-41. Tabitha Clark tallied 13 points to lead the Spartans. … Amanda Seeling scored 12 points and Bridgett Lund added 11 as Kellogg (15-0, 3-0) remained undefeated after beating visiting Timberlake (4-9, 1-2) 48-29.
