Sarah Hawley scored 12 points and Chantel Divilbiss and Lauren Bender added 10 points apiece as No. 2 Moscow edged No. 3 Sandpoint 54-46 Tuesday in a 4A Region I tournament opener in Moscow. The Bears (4-17) advance to play No. 1 Lakeland (8-11) at 7 p.m. Thursday.
Brittany Oakley scored 13 points to lead the Bulldogs (2-19), who will play in a loser-out game Saturday.
“Katie Dumont scored 16 points and Steph Cantrall added 11 as Kellogg (18-2, 6-2) cruised to an easy 53-29 Intermountain League win over visiting St. Maries (5-15, 1-7). Amanda Seeling added nine points for the Wildcats, who outscored the Lumberjacks 32-15 in the first half. Elsa Krier tallied a team-high 12 points for St. Maries. … Also in the IML, Taylor Stewart scored 12 points and Amber Hirst and Alicia Schanilec each added 10 as Priest River (14-6, 5-3) routed visiting Timberlake (4-16, 1-7) 66-30. The Spartans outscored the Tigers 34-10 in the second half. Holli Edelblute had 13 points for Timberlake.

Josh Anderson led four players in double figures with 17 points as Clark Fork (8-6, 4-1) cruised to a 69-53 North Star League win over host Wallace (10-7, 5-3). Cameron Jeffres tossed in 16 points and Jared Broggi and Thomas McMahon added 13 apiece for the Wampus Cats, who outscored the Miners 39-23 in the second half. Darrick Holmquist scored 17 points and Jared Bilaski added 13 for Wallace.
“Bubba Bartlett scored 20 points and grabbed nine rebounds, leading host Lakeland (2-14) to a 62-42 non-league win over Kellogg (10-6) in Rathdrum. Lynn Mallory added 15 points for the Hawks, who outscored the Wildcats 40-20 in the second half.
