Tag cloud (n.)

Tag cloud refers to the collected display of words or phrases found on some Web sites that are taglines or references to a topic being discussed.

The words are displayed in alphabetical order and are typically shown to the right or above a section of text or story. The “cloud” description refers to the clustered grouping of the tags.

A tag cloud lets a reader see how others have “tagged” or classified the content of that page.
