Correction

The Fresh Sheet in last week’s food section transposed dates for cooking classes at the Corbin Art Center due to an editor’s error. The class for dumplings, noodles, biscuits and pie crust is on Feb. 23 and the “Focaccia for Sandwiches” class is Feb. 16.
