Nick Brown’s layup late in the fourth quarter broke a tie and gave West Valley a 54-52 victory over Clarkston in a Great Northern League game Saturday night at West Valley.

Jordan Lupfer-Graham scored 13 points and Parker Flynn added 10 to lead the Eagles (6-3, 2-1), who outscored the Bantams 15-7 in the fourth quarter to erase a six-point deficit.

Clarkston (4-4, 2-1) was led by Cody Brown, who scored a game-high 25 points. Don Perconti added 15 points for the Bantams.

Also in the GNL, Kevin McNeil tossed in 22 points and Deer Park used a big fourth-quarter effort to beat host Riverside 46-33. The Stags (7-2, 2-1) outscored the Rams 19-3 in the fourth quarter to erase a three-point deficit. Mitch Chandler led Riverside (5-4, 0-3) with 10 points. … A.J. Sandford scored 19 points on 6-of-10 shooting to lead Pullman to a 90-50 victory over visiting Colville. Tyler Druffel chipped in 16 points, A.J. Therien had 15 and Cody Weber added 12 for the Greyhounds (8-1, 3-0), who outscored the Indians 29-8 in the third quarter. Devin Almas led Colville (6-2, 1-2) with 10 points.

Nate Clinton scored 21 points and Andrew Prohaska added 14 points and seven rebounds to lead Coeur d’Alene (9-1, 3-0) to a 69-56 Inland Empire League victory over host Lewiston. Steven Heitzman tossed in 13 points and Ryan Young added 10 to pace the Bengals (5-4, 1-2).

Jared Bararducci led four players in double figures with 14 points and Colfax routed Newport 59-37 in a Northeast A League game in Colfax. Ryan Hamilton had 13 points, Sylas Rohner chipped in 11 and Tanner Gay added 10 for the Bulldogs (10-3, 1-1), who outscored the Grizzlies 23-13 in the second half. Willie Hunt led Newport (2-9, 0-2) with 14 points. … Jake Heinen scored 21 points and Marc Soelberg added 18 points as Freeman beat visiting Kettle Falls (5-7, 0-2) 66-40. Taylor Vold chipped in 10 points for the Scotties (7-4, 2-0), who led by 14 at the half. … Jacob Hilsabeck and Casey Duclos scored 14 points apiece to lead Lakeside (4-8, 2-0) to a 71-46 victory over Chewelah (3-8, 0-2) in Nine Mile Falls.

“After trailing for most of the game, Bonners Ferry came alive in the fourth quarter and beat Priest River 53-42 in an Intermountain League game at Priest River. A.J. Bennett scored 18 points and Ryan Winebark added 14 for the Badgers (7-6, 1-0), who outscored the Spartans 25-2 in the fourth quarter to erase a 12-point deficit. J.P. Ramsey tossed in 16 points and Brian Nelson and Jake Weimer added 11 apiece for the Spartans (5-7, 0-2). … Jeremiah Big Spring scored 14 points and Kellogg beat Timberlake (0-11, 0-2) 56-43 at Spirit Lake. Seth Ketchum added nine points for the Wildcats (6-4, 2-0), who led 28-16 at the half.

Chase Ramey scored 21 points and Cameron Stephens and Matt Zandbergen added 12 apiece as Northwest Christian (10-1, 7-0) routed Liberty 70-34 in a Bi-County League game at Liberty. The Crusaders led 42-14 at the half. Lane Salsbury scored 19 points to guide the Lancers (4-8, 4-4). … Elsewhere, Tyler Moos scored 18 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead Reardan (10-1, 6-1) to a 74-39 win over visiting Almira/Coulee-Hartline.
