Insurance Prelicensing Exam Preparation (Fastrac Method) – Presented by the Community Colleges of Spokane Institute of Extended Learning, Business and Community Training division. Course covers life, disability, property, and casualty insurance topics. Participants can complete the 36-hour state prelicensing requirement in four days. 8 a.m.-noon, Mondays-Thursdays at Esmeralda Center, 3939 N. Freya St. The cost is $239 and includes study guide, software and practice questions. Parking is $4. Registration must be completed by the first of the month.
