Warbrick leads Viks

With four of 10 scorers reaching double figures and the Vikings combining for 19 steals as a team, Coeur d’Alene whipped visiting Sandpoint 82-6 in an Inland Empire League game Tuesday night.

Amy Warbrick led the Vikings (3-0, 3-0) with 14 points, Carli Rosenthal had 12 points and six rebounds and Rachel Crawford four steals to go with 10 points. Christina Johnson scored four for Sandpoint (0-3, 0-3).

North Star League: Lakeside (2-0, 1-0) rode the solid all-around game of Rian Miller to a 65-13 win over visiting Mullan (0-5, 0-3) in Plummer. Miller had 14 points, eight rebounds, six steals and four assists. Saundra Curley helped set the table with seven assists and added 10 points. Ruth Brunelle added 11 points and six steals for Lakeside.

Non-league: Camille Reynolds had 17 points to lead nine Lakeland (3-1) players who scored as the Hawks won 51-32 over host Timberlake at Spirit Lake. Reynolds finished 7 for 7 from the free-throw line. Kayla Kuchinski led Timberlake (2-1) with 10 points, hitting all four of her field-goal attempts. Lakeland finished 8 of 9 from the line while the Tigers were 8 of 24.
