Act despicable

The Spokesman-Review

Washington seems alive with the cruelest men on earth. Not only do they hunt and fish for the pleasure of the kill, but they seem to thrive on torturing the poor creature after they have their grimy little hands on it.

Today I witnessed a most pathetic horrible execution of a little fish caught by a huge and monstrous man. He was filleting the fish alive. I asked him why he didn’t put it out of its misery first, and his comment was, “You better move on.”

What kind of a monster dwells in such a heart? It is one thing to fish to feed your family, or even to practice your survival skills, but is it considered more manly to fillet the poor creature alive?

Real men have a reverence for the things they must kill to eat. I wonder how manly that man would have been had it been him filleted alive?

Really, I hope you women out there start speaking up about this. It is not OK.

If that little fish was a measure of that man’s manhood, well, he had none.
