Eagles keeper honored
Jamie Walker, Eastern Washington’s junior goalkeeper, was named the Big Sky Conference defensive player of the week Monday in women’s soccer for her performance in the Eagles’ 1-0 nonconference loss to Idaho on Sunday.

Freshman Sam Johnson shot 1-over 72 for a three-way tie for first in the men as the Sasquatch’s 308 team total was three back of winner Walla Walla. Columbia Basin was second. Andrew Roller from Coeur d’Alene shot 76 for CCS.
